- Complete the payment within 5 minutes after generating the QR Code;
- Use each QR Code for only one transaction.
In case of non-compliance with the instructions above, the amount will be refunded within 24 hours. If you follow the instructions correctly and the deposit does not appear, contact support with the proof and transaction ID.
