General Rules – Events and Results

  • The dates and times of Events posted on the betting house are purely informative. Neither the Betting House nor the Operator guarantee the accuracy of this information. An incorrectly posted Event time and/or date is not grounds for voiding bets unless expressly provided otherwise in these Betting Rules.

  • The betting house platform may display live scores for informational purposes; however, the accuracy of this information is not guaranteed and cannot be used for Bet settlement purposes.

  • Bets on an Event (including all Markets within that Event) will be settled after the respective Event has concluded and the official result has been announced.

  • The result of an Event will be determined on the date of the Event’s conclusion unless the official result is provided later. The result of an Event will be the final determination by the governing body of the Event on the date of the Event’s conclusion unless expressly stated otherwise in these Betting Rules. In the case of any Event provided outside of official competitions, bets will be settled using the information provided by the Event organizer.

  • If an Event has started and is not concluded within 48 hours of its official start time, all Bets on that Event will be void, except for: – bets made on odds related to periods that have been played to completion; – Events that in their normal course can last more than 30 hours (e.g., golf tournaments); – sport-specific exceptions determined by these Betting Rules for each individual sport; – Bets on “First Team to Score,” which will have action as soon as a goal is scored, regardless of whether the Event is concluded or not.

  • If an Event does not start within 12 hours of its scheduled start time, all Bets on that Event will be void.

  • The result and/or settlement of a suspended Event after the Event has started will be made according to the rules specified for the specific type of sport below.

  • For Bet settlement purposes, no protested or overturned decision that changes the final result of any Event/market will be recognized.

  • Bets are placed on the outcome of an Event/Market regardless of the score at the time the Bet was placed. For example, any incorrect scores displayed outside of football goals and red cards are not grounds for voiding bets.

  • Bets on a specific period count only the points scored in that period and are not affected by what happens in any previous or subsequent period(s).

  • If a “Draw” market is offered alongside Winner markets for an Event, and a draw occurs, Bets on the Winner markets for each team lose. If a draw is not offered and a draw occurs, then Bets on the Winner markets of both teams are voided unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific sport rules.

  • If an Event involves abandonment, walkover, or any other situation where the Event is deemed complete without being played, all Bets will be void, regardless of how the governing body of their league/sport scores it.

  • Typographical errors, typographical errors, incorrect team names, and incorrect leagues will not be grounds for voiding a Bet, as long as it is clear, reasonable, and based on context, which Event was intended.

  • If an Event occurs with an incorrect number of sections of an Event (e.g., periods, sets, etc.) or with non-standard duration of the respective Event without this being indicated, all Bets on that Event will be voided.

  • For the “Home/Away Aggregate Score of a league on a day (or week in the case of American football)” market, if all Events on that day/week in that league are not played to completion, all Bets on the market will be voided.

  • For the “Multiple Bets” market, Bets will always have action unless a stipulation is added to the respective market that a certain competitor must start for Bet action. If such a stipulation is included, then all Bets on all competitors will be voided if the stipulated competitor does not start in the specific event.

  • All winning Bets on “Multiple Bets” markets are paid out at full odds, regardless of the number of winners.

  • If a market is offered with “The Field” as a betting option, named teams or competitors must beat all other competitors for a Bet on that competitor to win. If a listed competitor ties to win, Bets on the tied competitors are voided, and all other Bets are lost.

  • All settled markets are final after 72 hours, and no queries will be accepted after this time period. Within 72 hours of markets being settled, the Betting House will only reset or correct results due to human error, system error, or errors made by the referenced results source.

  • “Overall Score” Bets are considered valid and will be settled as a loss if the selection does not participate in the Event unless stated otherwise. Tie rules apply when there is more than one winner. Bets are first divided by the number of tied selections, and then that part of the Bets is settled as a win, and the rest is settled as a loss.

  • If one of the competitors in an Event does not start, the betting house must void this head-to-head market.

  • In racing sports, unless expressly stated otherwise in the rules of the respective sport, if both competitors in an Event do not finish, the winner of the Event will be the competitor with the most laps. If both competitors are out on the same lap, the betting house must void this head-to-head market.

  • If competitors are in the same position, the betting house must void bets on this head-to-head market.
