General Rules – Football

  • Bets on the outcome of a match will be decided based on two halves of the scheduled number of minutes, plus referee-added time to compensate for injuries and other interruptions. It does not include extra time or penalty shootouts, if not stated.

  • Corners awarded but not taken are not considered.

  • Own goals will not be considered for settlement purposes of “Anytime Goalscorer” or “Player to Score X” or other markets/odds.

  • All players who have participated in the game from the start or since the last goal are considered.

  • For “Player Props” markets – if a player is not in the starting XI, all respective player markets will be voided.

  • “Anytime Goalscorer” markets – bets will be valid if a player comes into the game as a substitute.

  • “First Goalscorer” markets – bets will be valid if a player comes into the game as a substitute before the first goal is scored.

  • “Last Goalscorer” markets – bets will be valid if a player comes into the game as a substitute. If a player goes off before the last goal is scored, bets will be voided.

  • If, for any reason, an unlisted player scores a goal, all bets on listed players remain valid.

  • Half-time markets will be settled based on the time of the goal announced by the TV broadcast. If this is not available, the time according to the game clock is considered.

  • Half-time goal markets are settled based on the time the ball crosses the line, not when the shot is taken.

  • Half-time corner markets are settled based on the time the corner is taken, not when the corner is awarded.

  • Half-time card markets are settled based on the time the card is shown, not when the foul is committed.

  • Offsides will be settled based on the time the referee makes the decision.

  • Penalties will be settled based on the time the referee makes the decision.

  • Penalties awarded but not taken are not considered.

  • Set Pieces: The goal must be scored directly from the set piece or corner to qualify as a set-piece goal. Deflected shots count as long as the free-kick or corner taker is credited with the goal.

  • Penalty: The goal must be scored directly from the penalty. Goals from a rebound of a missed penalty do not count.

  • Own Goal: If a goal is declared as an own goal.

  • Header: The last touch of the scorer must be with the head.

  • Shot: The goal must be scored with any other part of the body than the head, and other types do not apply.

  • No Goal: If no goal is scored.

  • If the market was opened with a missing or incorrect red card, the bookmaker reserves the right to void bets in the respective market to the extent that such bets are affected by the missing or incorrect red card.

  • If odds were offered with an incorrect kick-off time (more than 5 minutes), we reserve the right to void respective bets.

  • If an incorrect score is entered on the betting site, all markets will be voided for the period in which the incorrect score was displayed.

  • If team names or tournament names are incorrect, we reserve the right to void respective bets.

  • Yellow cards count as 1 card, and red or yellow-red cards count as 2. The second yellow for a player resulting in a yellow-red card is not considered. As a consequence, a player cannot cause more than 3 cards.

  • Settlement will be made according to all available evidence of cards shown during the 90 minutes of regular play.

  • Cards shown after regular time of the match are not considered.

  • Cards for non-players (substituted players, coaches, players on the bench, coach) are not considered.

  • A yellow card counts as 10 points, and a red or yellow-red card counts as 25 points. The second yellow for a player resulting in a yellow-red card is not considered. As a consequence, a player cannot cause more than 35 card points.

  • Settlement will be made according to all available evidence for cards shown during the 90 minutes of regular play.

  • If the match format is changed, we reserve the right to void all bets.

  • If a friendly match is terminated by decision of the referee before the 80th minute, bets will be voided.

  • Team statistics markets (such as Shots, Shots on Target, Offsides, Throw-Ins, Fouls, Saves, Goal Kicks, Specials) will be settled according to the information received from the applicable data provider from time to time, where https://www.365scores.com/ is considered as reference, otherwise, we reserve the right to choose/change the source of the result for a specific event if the result differs from publicly available sources.

  • All football player bets are settled based on information provided by OPTA.

  • The post or crossbar – in the case of the ball hitting the post or crossbar and then remaining in play (touched by a player or the referee, on the other post or crossbar, etc.). If the ball hits the post/crossbar and then rebounds onto the other post/crossbar, only one post/crossbar hit is counted, if after the first hit the ball is not touched by a player or referee.

  • Offsides – If there is a free kick after an offside is called – the offside will be counted.

  • The use of Video Assistant Referee (VAR) (“Video Review”) during matches is confirmed by TV broadcasts after the following events: the main referee gives the signal for a video review (a square drawn in the air), the main referee checks the incident on the field video review screen.

  • Note: The “Goal Review” message on the scoreboard, or the referee putting his hand to the ear, are not indications of an official video review. All other conversations between referees and their assistants are also not considered official video reviews. More information about the official Video Assistant Referee (VAR) system here.

  • Bet on the entry of the medical team onto the field. The medical team is considered to have entered the field only when the referee grants permission and the player receives assistance. In the event two medical teams are called onto the field simultaneously for different football teams by the main referee, such entries are counted as one medical team entry.
